Flexi-Felt’s Sled Based Chair Glides for Rectangular Furniture Legs are designed for selected rectangular or square sled-style furniture legs that are around 12–13mm thick.
This is a separate product from the standard round/tubular Sled Based Chair Glides. If your chair has a round sled rail or round metal tube, use the standard Sled Based Chair Glides and choose the size that matches your tubing diameter.
Made from transparent high-grade plastic with a felt base, these glides help protect hard floors from scratching, scraping and noise when correctly fitted to a suitable furniture leg.
Please measure your furniture leg carefully before ordering. If the leg shape or thickness does not suit this glide, Self-Adhesive Felt may be a better option.

If your leg shape, thickness or fit is uncertain, Self-Adhesive Felt may be a better option.
Check that your furniture leg is rectangular or square and around 12–13mm thick before installation.
Line up the glide with the furniture leg and press it into place so the glide sits securely around the leg.
Do not force the glide if the leg is too thick, too wide or the shape does not suit. If the glide does not sit securely, this product may not be suitable.
If your furniture leg is not suitable for this glide, Self-Adhesive Felt may be a better option.

Can I use these on timber, vinyl, laminate or tiled floors?
Yes, they are designed to help protect smooth hard floors when correctly fitted and kept clean. Dirt or grit caught in the felt can still mark floors, so check and clean the felt regularly.
What if the glide does not fit securely?
Do not force it. If the glide is too loose, too tight or the leg shape does not suit, Self-Adhesive Felt may be a better option.
