How do I choose the right Flexi-Felt product?
The best option depends on the shape and movement of your furniture:
- Flexi-Felt Clear Chair Leg Protectors suit many round, square and some rectangular fixed furniture legs.
- Self-Adhesive Felt is often better for strongly angled legs, unusual feet or surfaces that cannot use a sleeve-style protector.
- Sled Chair Glides are designed for sled-base chairs.
- Castor Covers are designed for suitable furniture wheels and castors.
If you are unsure, contact us with your measurements and a clear photo of the furniture leg.
How do I choose the correct size?
Measure the furniture leg carefully and use the size guide beside the product options. Round legs are measured across the diameter, square legs across one face, and rectangular legs by both width and depth. Do not guess between sizes; contact us if the measurement or shape is unclear.
Do Flexi-Felt Clears fit angled chair legs?
Slightly angular legs may be suitable when the clear sleeve remains secure and the felt base sits flat on the floor. Flexi-Felt Clears are not recommended for highly angled or strongly splayed legs. In those situations, Self-Adhesive Felt is usually the safer option.
Do Flexi-Felt Clears fit rectangular legs?
Some rectangular legs may be suitable, mainly with models 6825, 6835 and 6845. When the width and depth are within 5 mm of each other, average the two measurements and compare the result with the relevant square-leg size range. Models 6815 and 6820 are not normally recommended for rectangular legs. When the width and depth differ by more than 5 mm, Clears are not recommended; use Self-Adhesive Felt instead.
Which floor types can Flexi-Felt products be used on?
Flexi-Felt products are designed to help protect suitable hard floors, including timber, engineered timber, vinyl plank, laminate, hybrid and tiled floors. Correct product selection, correct fit and keeping the felt surface clean are important for best performance.
How many chair leg protectors do I need?
Use one protector per furniture leg. Most dining chairs require four protectors, so a six-chair dining setting usually requires 24. Eligible products display quantity discounts or preset Pack Saver options where available.
How do I install and care for my products?
Installation differs by product. Follow our Installation & Care Guide for Flexi-Felt Clears, Self-Adhesive Felt, Sled Chair Glides and Castor Covers. Always install onto clean furniture legs and periodically check the felt for dirt, wear or damage.
When will my order be dispatched?

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Please read the full instructions on our Returns page before sending anything back.
What warranty applies to Flexi-Felt products?
Warranty coverage depends on the product and normal-use conditions. See our current Warranty page for the applicable coverage, exclusions and claim instructions.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Quantity discounts are displayed on eligible product pages and applied through the available pack or quantity options. For a large commercial project or an unusual quantity, please contact us and we will help you choose the appropriate product and order structure.
