All orders are processed within 24hrs of the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. In most cases we normally despatch the same day as the order was placed. After your order has been processed you will receive another notification (either through email or text message) when your order has shipped. Included in this email will be any relevant tracking details so you can see where your order is at all times.
Domestic Shipping Rates
(We offer free shipping for all orders over $100)
We send most of our orders domestically through Australia Post. We offer a range of postal options including express postage. To keep shipping costs down we also offer regular envelope postage for some of our self adhesive felt items. (Please be aware however this option does not have tracking and can often be quite slow with Australia Post these days. But great if your'e not in a hurry.) All satchel postage items will have a tracking number which will be sent to you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you do not see your country listed and wish to make a purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you a quote to have your order shipped.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flexifelt Australia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In store pick up
We do not offer in store pickup with all online orders despatched via Australia Post.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow time for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the (estimated delivery times) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please first check you tracking with Australia Post. If there are delays give Australia post a call and generally they are pretty good with letting you know how far away the item is.
