We want you to be happy with the products you have purchased. If for any reason you aren’t feeling 100% satisfied you are welcome to return any item/s you ordered for a full refund. (We get it, sometimes there is just a miscalculation working out your sizing)

While you’re waiting for a refund, we don’t want you getting any unnecessary scratches on your floor so simply jump back online and order the model and size you’d like. If you’re having trouble trying to work that out, then shoot us a quick email or give us a call.

So, what can I return?
Any return items must be unused and in original condition. We cannot refund items that have been damaged or used in any way.

How long do I have to return/exchange?
You have 30 days to return after receiving your order.

How do I return an item?
Simply fill out the returns form included with your parcel and mail that back with the items you are returning. If you didn’t receive a returns form with your order simply send back with a note outlining what you want to return. Please keep note of your return parcel tracking number. We will need your original order number or name of the person who placed the order, preferably both to process the refund.

What happens next?
When we receive your parcel, we will process a refund back to the same account that made the original payment. You will receive an email from us when your refund has been approved.

But I just want to exchange it for a different model or size?
No worries! We find the easiest way to get the product you need is to simply re-order online so you are not waiting around. This way instead of waiting 1-2 weeks you can have the correct product in the post the next day. If you’re struggling to work out the correct model or size, simply shoot us an email or give us a call.

Who pays for the return?
If you received the correct item and it’s not faulty, you pay for the postage back to us.

What if I received the wrong item or it’s faulty?
Simply shoot an email to: returns@flexifelt.com.au and we will get the correct order straight out to you.

Is my original shipping cost refunded?
No, only the cost of your returned items will be refunded.
