What is this pad used for?

This microfibre dust pad is designed for dry cleaning and everyday floor maintenance. It captures dust, pet hair, crumbs and fine debris before they can scratch hard floor surfaces.

Which floors can I use it on?

Safe for sealed timber floors, vinyl plank flooring, laminate flooring, hybrid flooring and tiles.

Does it pick up pet hair?

Yes. The ultra-soft microfibre fibres are highly effective at attracting and trapping pet hair, dust and fine particles.

Can I use it on timber floors?

Absolutely. It is designed to be gentle on sealed timber floors while helping remove dust and grit that can contribute to wear over time.

Can I use it wet?

This pad is designed primarily for dry cleaning. For wet mopping and everyday floor washing, we recommend the Flexi-Felt Twist Cleaning Pad.

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Simply machine wash after use and allow it to air dry before reusing.

How many times can it be washed?

With proper care, the pad can be washed and reused many times while maintaining excellent cleaning performance.

Will it scratch my floors?

No. The soft microfibre construction is designed to be safe on sealed hard floor surfaces.

What makes this pad different from standard microfibre pads?

The longer, softer microfibre fibres are specifically designed to attract and trap dust, pet hair and fine particles more effectively during dry cleaning.

Will it fit other mop brands?

This pad is specifically designed for the Flexi-Felt Silver Mop Pro system. Compatibility with other mop systems cannot be guaranteed.

Should I use this before wet mopping?

Yes. For best results, remove dust and loose debris first, then follow with the Flexi-Felt Twist Cleaning Pad for a complete floor clean.

Can I buy replacement pads separately?

Yes. Replacement pads are available separately, making it easy to keep a spare clean pad ready for use.
